Overview

All plans on Shovra are sold as one-time purchases with no recurring subscription fees. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as our Merchant of Record.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, provided you have not yet used any tokens from the purchased plan.

By using any tokens from your plan, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost upon first use.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before using any tokens, please contact us at info@shovra.com within 14 days of your purchase. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.

Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date under the same conditions as described above for EU consumers.

Right of Regret (Brazilian Consumers)

If you are a consumer in Brazil, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 7 days of the transaction date, provided the digital content has not yet been accessed or any tokens used.

General Refund Policy

For users outside the EU, UK, and Brazil, or for users who have already used tokens from their plan:

  • Unused plans: If you have not used any tokens and contact us within 14 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund.
  • Partially used plans: If you have used tokens from your plan, refunds are not available as the service has been performed.
  • Technical issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, please contact us at info@shovra.com. We will work to resolve the issue or, if resolution is not possible, issue a proportional refund for unused tokens at our discretion.
  • Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same plan twice, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate purchase in full.

Top-Up Token Packages

Top-up token packages follow the same refund policy as the original plan. Refunds are available only if no tokens from the top-up have been used.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@shovra.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond to your request within 7 business days.

Processing Refunds

All refunds are processed through Paddle. Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
